Changed the registration window user interface, added the on top style for the registration window and modified the timer to show the registration window every 2 hours during trial mode. Changed the cursor style for the main window to allow users to quickly identify which controls are clickable. Updated help file, fixed typos and further explained more options and settings. Changed scope setting on the history window to update at faster intervals.
