Palit Microsystems ha annunciato la video card Palit GeForce GTX 680 Jetstream, ovvero una versione non reference della GeForce GTX 680, che può vantare diverse ottimizzazioni, tra cui quelle legate al sistema di raffreddamento, che ne massimizzano le potenzialità in ambito gaming.
 La GeForce GTX 680 Jetstream di Palit è una "factory-overclocked", dal momento che il core grafico lavora a 1150MHz (il delta con il valore reference è pari a 92Mhz, ndr) e la memoria RAM (2GB di G-DDR5) a 6300MHz (il delta in questo caso è pari a 292MHz, ndr).
 
 La stabilità dell'hardware è stata ottenuta dal produttore con il sovradimensionamento dello stadio di alimentazione, realizzato con il ricorso a un PWM a 6 fasi e componenti DrMOS, da un lato, e a un cooler a tre ventole particolamente efficiente e silenzioso, dall'altro.
