Publishers can create catalogs of their content and publish it on the donkey network. Catalogs are just normal web pages that have been digitally signed by the publisher to assure authenticity. Users can now browse these catalogs safe in the knowledge that they are downloading the correct files. You can now easily publish content on the donkey network without a webserver.
