(was previously errored out if the source sample rate did not match a supported MP3 sample rate, e.g. > 48 kHz)

- Filename templates: Second set of <> (to remove tag if its value is nil) now works with CUSTOM metadata tags
- 'Output Format' drop-down list (the encoder list) now resizes the list automatically (with scroll bars) if the entire list does not fit within the screen height (e.g. with high DPI scaling like 150%)
