Thermaltake annuncia il gaming mouse Tt eSPORTS Level 10 M

I progettisti hanno analizzato le richieste dei giocatori per poter sviluppare un mouse in grado di rispondere alle loro necessità. La personalizzazione di un prodotto è uno degli aspetti fondamentali, insieme alle sue alte prestazioni. Level 10 M è un mouse che unisce tali caratteristiche ad un aspetto accattivante. L’esperienza di Thermaltake per la dissipazione del calore fa sì che il mouse possa essere non solo comodo ma anche adatto ad usi intensi, come accade durante le lunghe sessioni di gioco. La sua struttura aperta permette all’aria di raffreddare i componenti e di tenere bassa la temperatura della mano rendendo il dispositivo più confortevole.

Il mouse Level 10 M è diviso in due livelli: la parte superiore e quella inferiore attraverso la quale è possibile regolare l’altezza e l’angolatura, per poterlo personalizzare a seconda delle diverse esigenze.

L’alluminio con cui è realizzato il mouse, è solitamente usato dall’industria aerospaziale ed in architettura. Questo materiale è infatti caratterizzato da un’alta resistenza alla corrosione ed assicura al Level 10 M una lunga durata nel tempo.

Level 10 M permette di programmare i tasti, di regolare i DPI e di utilizzare il sistema di bloccaggio del meccanismo. Grazie al software in dotazione è possibile regolare i settaggi in base alle proprie esigenze. Il mouse è dotato di due tasti sulla parte superiore e di 5 tasti laterali regolabili con un solo click. Lo speciale tasto “Z” è studiato per svolgere cinque diversi comandi e permette di cambiare il profilo di gioco con uno dei cinque salvati. Ci sono un totale di undici tasti comando programmabili sul Level 10 M. Anche il “polling rate” e il colore del LED sono personalizzabili. Il Level 10 M ha una sensibilità fino a un massimo di 8200 DPI (con valori intermedi di 800, 1600, 3200 e 5000 DPI). Il sistema di bloccaggio assicura che non siano commessi errori accidentali durante il gioco.

Level 10 M viene prodotto in tre colori: Diamond Black (nero), Iron White (bianco) e Military Green (verde militare).

Collaborated with BMW DesignworksUSA for the second time, Thermaltake Group’s e-Sports gaming brand - Tt eSPORTS - introduced the Level 10 M Mouse first at CES 2012, and followed by a launch conference at CeBIT in March. And its design continued to amaze the world in June when the fourth new M Mouse member – the Blazing Red – was introduced at Taipei’s COMPUTEX exhibition. Successfully translating the same Level 10 design language since 2008, to realizing the concept on the M Mouse in 2012, this masterpiece is now available at most major retailer stores and online stores in the US, in Europe and Asia.

The partnership began in 2008 when Thermaltake and DesignworksUSA, a wholly owned BMW subsidiary, collaborated on the project “Level 10” chassis, and in order to successfully transfer the know-hows between cultures, markets and industries and to come up with most unconventional, innovative and consumer oriented design solutions, the Level 10 chassis was created with elegance. The angles, the trims, the spacing and the overall view of the chassis were amazing and the Level 10 concept was considered a design revolution in terms of aesthetics and functionality.

The Level 10 Design Insight: Ergonomics
Ergonomics is a highly important aspect in designing the Level 10 M Mouse. To do so, the ergonomic design is no longer a fixed angle or height, but adjustable via Steering Axis technology.

• It is a two-part construction, with the upper half steadily float above the base. Made of an alloy also used in aeronautics and architecture, Level 10 M is both lightweight and immune to corrosive effects. The top part, where the gamer ́s hand would be resting for hours during competitions, can be individually adjusted for height and lateral inclination.
• In order to understand what interaction with their equipment means to gamers, DesignworksUSA conducted a consumer workshop to gain even deeper insights into behaviors and preferences of today´s gamers. 3D Steering Axis Movement: Level 10 M Mouse is designed with open structure in between top and base segments, and the space in between the mouse also serves to adjust the height and angle via steering axis, greatly enhance user’s comfort in a personalized fashion.

Solid Aluminum base: Aluminum base is one of the toughest chemical materials with character of high resistance to corrosion, and commonly used in aerospace industry and architectural purpose. Level 10 M Mouse is designed with solid aluminum material to ensure mouse’s durability and tenaciousness.
