New option: When ClickMonitorDDC starts, last brightness and contrast values will be restored, may be useful if monitor forgets set values after power off.
New options for (de)activating hot keys or mouse wheel. If deactivated, corresponding hook is not installed.
Now you can set a repeat delay value for hot keys or mouse wheel, useful if you want to slow down increasing/decreasing commands like for instance b + 10
